Fit:

Zips measure 35mm by 35mm. Zips are designed to sit at the center of your lips, leaving the corners of your mouth exposed for safer taping.

Application:

After your usual skincare routine—once products have fully absorbed—apply Zips to the center of your lips and press on. Peel gently from one corner to remove. 

What is mouth-taping?

Mouth-taping works by gently sealing the lips together, especially during sleep, to help you breathe through your nose—not your mouth. Nose breathing is great for relaxation, focus, and deeper sleep—try a few of our favorite breathwork exercises.
